Entrance garden

The shared pool
The pool is a shallow shared pool that runs between the rows of lofts. Every balcony faces it, with a wooden deck at the edge.

What you are buying
You buy a built unit inside the Cajueiro Boulevard gated community, and the purchase paperwork is done directly with the developer.
If you want to see the documents before deciding, ask during the conversation. They exist and they are not a secret.
Once the unit is yours, you decide whether to put it into the project's rental operation. It is the owner's choice, handled separately, after delivery.
