What this site is
This site presents Caju Paradise, a set of 28 lofts under construction in the Cajueiro Boulevard gated community, in Touros, Rio Grande do Norte, Brazil. It exists to inform and to start a conversation with the sales team.

Who is responsible for this site
The site is maintained by ATRES Incorporações Imobiliárias, which is responsible for what it publishes. The CNPJ has not been provided yet, and it is what goes beside the name as soon as it arrives.
3.
What it is not
Nothing here is an investment offer, a promise of income or a guarantee of appreciation. This site does not publish return figures or performance calculations, and it will not.

Why there is no return figure
This site does not publish a percentage, a projection or a calculation of how much a unit may earn once finished. Property advertised together with a promise of returns may be treated as an investment offer, and the project decided not to do that on any page. Anyone who wants to understand how the rental works asks the team, in conversation.
5.
Price and terms
The published prices apply to phase 2 and to the number of units shown on the investment page. They may change when the units at that offer run out. No price on this site replaces a signed proposal.

Information not yet confirmed
Where confirmed information is missing, the site shows a marker saying what is missing and who it depends on, instead of filling it with an estimate. The master plan is in that situation.
