This text describes what this site actually collects. If it says we collect something we do not, or leaves out something we do, it is wrong, and we want to know.
1.
What the form collects
When you ask for a call back, the site records your name, country code, phone number, the language you were using, the page you came from and the date and time. We do not ask for or record email, ID, address or payment details.

When you tap talk now
The site records that someone tapped, from which page and in which language, and nothing else. That record has no name, no phone number and nothing that identifies you. It tells us how many people reached out to the team.

When you book a conversation
To book the conversation, the site asks for your name, email, phone number with country code, country of residence and a sentence about your interest. After you accept the confidentiality agreement, it also keeps the text you read, its version, the date and time of acceptance with the stated time zone, and the time slot you chose, if you choose one.
4.
Your network address
The site briefly keeps, in memory, the network address that submissions come from. It is used to limit how many submissions come from the same origin in a row, and it is not stored with your record.
5.
What the site does not ask for
We do not ask for an ID document, a passport copy, proof of income or bank details. That kind of conversation happens in person, with whoever handles your purchase, and not through a form.

Where the data is kept and who sees it
In a Balaio Digital database hosted on Supabase, on a server in the São Paulo region. Access is restricted to Balaio Digital and the project's sales team. A notice with your name and phone number is emailed to Balaio Digital when you submit the form, and that is how the team calls you back.

Who is responsible for the data
The controller is the Caju Paradise development, through the developer named in the footer of this site. Balaio Digital runs the site and the database where the form is stored.
10.
What the data is for
Form data is used by the sales team to reply to whoever asked to be contacted. The click record is used to count how many people reached out to the team. Visit measurement, when you accept it, is used to know which pages are read and where visitors come from.

Your rights
You can ask us to confirm that we process your data, and ask for access, correction, deletion, portability and information about who it is shared with. You can also withdraw your consent to measurement at any time, from the footer. Requests go through the channel at the end of this page.
12.
For how long
We keep the record while the sales conversation is ongoing, and for up to 24 months after the last contact. After that, it is deleted. That period is our own commitment.
13.
How to ask for a copy or removal
You can ask for a copy or removal of your data through the channel shown at the end of this page. Requests for a copy or removal are handled within 15 days, and they do not need a reason.
Where to send the request
For now, the channel is the same sales WhatsApp this site uses. To ask for a copy or removal, write to it with the phone number you used.
