Solid experience in the development of hotel and residential projects, in managing multidisciplinary teams and in negotiating with investors and strategic partners.

CFO, Project manager
Finance specialist with a solid academic background and broad knowledge of best practice in financial management, investment analysis and budget control. He stands out for his solid analytical ability, strategic thinking and command of the digital and technological tools applied to the financial sector. He has wide experience in the construction of tourist accommodation, with particular attention to results, operational efficiency and support for data-based decision making.

Balaio Digital makes this site and follows the construction. Progress photos go up here and on the project's Instagram, each with the date it was taken. If you are buying from far away, that matters: you can see what stage the build is at without flying to Touros, and compare one month's photo with the next. The site also shows anything not yet confirmed as pending, with the name of whoever has to answer, instead of filling the gap with an estimate. If something here looks out of date, ask the team when you talk to them.
